What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your initial visit at Renew Health Center is designed to be informative, comfortable, and intentional. Whether you’re coming in for Dahlia Red Light Therapy or SoftWave Tissue Regenerative Therapy, our goal is to determine whether we can help—and what that should look like for you.

Step 1: Consultation
We start with a focused conversation about:

• What brought you in
• What you’ve tried so far
• What’s limiting your daily life or performance
• What success would look like for you

This allows us to understand your goals and determine which therapies may be appropriate.

Step 2: Discovery Session
If appropriate, you’ll participate in a Discovery Session, where you’ll experience Dahlia Full Body Red Light Therapy or SoftWave Tissue Regenerative Therapy firsthand.
This session allows us to:

• Confirm you’re a good candidate for care
• Demonstrate how the treatment works

Not everyone who comes in is a candidate—this step ensures we only recommend care when it makes sense.

Step 3: Personalized Treatment Recommendation
If you’re a good candidate, we’ll review:

• Our findings
• A course of care that matches your goals
